Supercheap Auto Cairns (Earlville)

31.12.2023 @ 10:50 am - I purchased a Air filter from This SuperCheap Auto and the female staff behind the counter wouldn't allow me to throw away my old air filter in their bin...She had an attitude, although there was an empty bin behind the counter...she said "Sorry you'll have to.use your own bin to throw your air filter away"! Wow.. Just WOW. Great customer service (.

Yesterday was the fourth time I came to the shop. And yesterday Cassidy was very friendly and calm at the cashier. He was the only cashier who has ever asked me if I wanted to join the membership. Thank you again for the service and very happy to finally be on the membership system for my future purchase. A massive thank you to Cassidy!

I’d give a lower score if it was possible … never in my 45 years have I had the displeasure to deal with such an incredibly incompetent bunch as I did today in store. Simply going in to ask what I believe was a simple enough question and ordering a part that I supplied part no.for, turned into me patiently waiting in line each time after being sent from the front desk to rear parts service desk at least 4 times ( same staff each time) to be told in a condescending way by the young man I was attempting to order the part that I haven’t told him what it is I wanted, as if he didn’t understand the first 3 times I’d been shuffled to different departments! I understand some people are just not keen to work and want to be left alone, but maybe customer service jobs aren’t for them as it almost seemed obvious that what I was asking (order in the part) was too hard and they just didn’t want to deal with it 🤷🏼‍♂️ … can’t recommend or see myself gracing that store again 👎🏻
